Raleigh Granada vintage bike

Raleigh Granada

1986

The Raleigh Granada was only produced to celebrate Raleigh’s centenary year. It was built around traditional touring geometry so it’s fast but also comfortable. The Raleigh Lightweights catalogue described the Granada as “the perfect all purpose long distance touring bike”. This bike has some lovely details including embossed seat stays.

The Raleigh Bicycle Company, originally based in Nottingham, started manufacturing bicycles in 1887. Raleigh was always at the cutting edge of innovation. It is one of the oldest bicycle companies in the world.
