Henry Burton bicycle

Henry Burton

Henry Burton Cycles was founded in 1950 by Henry and his wife Joyce, and occupy the same premises in Stafford to this day. Over the years the company flourished, with Henry indulging his passion for frame building which, until the early 1970s, was still carried out on-site at their Mill Street shop.

This fine steel frame was lovingly handmade by Nigel Dean Cycles based in Barton upon Humber for Henry Burton Cycles in the 1980’s.

To this day they remain a true family company. John (Henry’s son) has taken over the business and Cheryl (his granddaughter) is very much involved in the running of the business.

This lovely machine is fitted with easy to reach gear levers on the handlebars and has 28mm wide tyres for a comfortable ride. It is topped off with a Brooks B17s ladies leather saddle. Ready to ride this beauty is offered for sale at £275 including FREE delivery to the UK mainland.
